The F070E is the high-end model of Kinco HMI touch panel with 7'' screen diagonal. It has a resolution of 800 * 480 pixels and an Ethernet interface.
Compared to the Green Series, the F070E of the Future Series has a significantly faster processor (Cortex A9 with 1 GHz) and more internal memory (8 GB eMMC + 512 GB RAM). This allows more complex applications for machine control with many images and data logging, and the responsiveness in operation is continuously very high. Compared to NAND flash, the eMMC memory is durable and fast writeable, making it very suitable as memory for data loggers.
In addition, the Future Series supports IP cameras to display video surveillance images directly on the HMI. The device also has an audio output. This can be used to connect speakers to create more pleasant sounds during operation, such as for alarms, than the beeping of the Green Series' internal speaker. Even a voice output would be possible.
The device has the same dimensions as the GL070E and the G070E. At 400 cd/m², the HMI is also relatively bright, significantly brighter than the GL070E at just 250 cd/m².
The HMI is programmed via the free software Kinco DTools. You can find this further down on this page as a download. The software is available in German language.
You can connect PLCs, frequency converters and other devices that you want to visualize or control via Ethernet and serial interface. The touch panel offers you a versatile range of functions and simple graphical configuration of PLC communication. The touch panel is ideal for machine controls or smaller plant control elements.
The device supports communication with over 60 different PLC models, including Siemens S7-200, S7-1200/1500, S7-300/400, LOGO!, Modbus RTU/TCP (Master and Slave), Allen Bradley, Thinget, Mitsubishi FX, Beckhoff ADS, BACnet and many others.
